I haven't been able to add my wife to my family plan

I haven't been able to add my wife to my family plan

Once I send the invitation and she tries to use it, it says that she needs to live in the same place (which she does). Since we reacently moved to live to the States, I tried to change my country, but when I put the info of my american card it says "Unfortunately we haven't launched in this country yet. You need to use a card issued in a Spotify launched market."

Any thoughts?!

Hey there jalvar21, 

 

Are you able to try change your country to the United States? 

 

  1. Log into your account page on the Spotify website
  2. Select "Subscription" in the left panel
  3. Click "Update Details"
  4. Click "..." for more options
  5. Click "Change Country" and select the country you want to move your account to
  6. Choose a payment method that is based in the new country (i.e. the billing address is in the country)
  7. Confirm the change by clicking "Change Payment Details.

Can you let me know if this works for you?

The thing is, that I don't have the option of "Click "..." for more options", so I can't move any further from there...

Hmm, what happens when you go to your account page then click EDIT PROFILE on the left sidebar. 

 

From here, scroll down until you see Country and then you should have United States in the dropdown (given that you are in the US). 

 

Can you confirm?

Hi Jarred,

 

On the Edit Profile, the Country part is locked and I can't change it from there.
