I just got Premium, I've been charged, yet my account is still under the free subscription...

I just got premium, and I've been charged, but my account is still listed as free subscription. And I have tried logging in and out a million times, nothing works.

If the payment(s) show(s) as pending/processing/pre-auth, this could explain things. If that's the case, those funds will automatically return to your statement within the next few days.

 

If that's not the case, it's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.
