I just made a premium account through student discount but they charged me the full price

I've never had a spotify account before and after they told me that my student verification was successful i checked my bank account and the whole amount was taken without a discount. Could it be cause i entered my payment information twice becayse the second oage wouldn't open the first time?

I'm so sorry to that you are having this problem.  I highly recommend that you tweet @spotifycares as they are very fast with the turn around on issues.   Lets get you up and running good again.

The other option is to contact them via this link: Contact Spotify Support (Banking/Subscription).
