I just paid for individul premium but I want to do family package.

Can I pay the rest of family package instead? Because for previous months I paid and use for all family.

Yes, you're able to upgrade to the Premium Family plan here. Keep in mind that your billing date may be brought forward a few days because of the price changes between Premium Individual and Family plans. There is more information on how the Premium Family plan works here.
