I was trying to pay my bill not not nowhening that everytime I tryed to put my payment threw I was being charged how and when do I try and get my money back

Can you give us a bit more info on what's going on? If you were charged multiple times, check to see if the payments show as completed on your bank statement.

If they're pending, the funds should get back to you soon.

If that's the case, make sure your card meets the requirements listed here and try signing up again.
