I'm a premium subscriber but can't listen offline

I had a free trail, then decided to become a premium subscriber, my account still says Free, and I can't listen offline because when I try to download it says "you've discovered a premium feature". Anyone else have this problem? I logged out and back in to try to reset but it didn't work.

Hey @Cajannelms, welcome to the Spotify Community!

When you started Premium, you should have received a confirmation email from Spotify which includes a username. Could you double-check that you're logging in with that exact username? (A 10-digit username signifies that you should log in with Facebook.)
