I'm a premium user but I still get ads?

I'm a premium user but I still get ads?

Just added my mother in law to premium family plan and she is the only 1 of 4 people that receives ads. Any help would be appreciated

Do the ads appear while listening to music or when playing something else and are the other Premium features available to her?
She can try logging out and then back in twice in a row - this will trigger a manual sync of her settings.

In case the issue persists and she's only seeing a free account but you've added her to the Premium plan, it's possible that she might be logging in to a different account. See if using an alternative login method like Facebook or Google would let her access the correct one.
