My Question or Issue

 

Hello, I had my premium subscription through a telephone company, I ended my contract with them and they say they removed my Spotify subscription. I'm seeing I'm not premium anymore but the subscription tab in my account still says that I'm attached to a partner and therefore I'm unable to change my plan.


What can I do in order to renew my premium subscription if the account is still shown as attached to the telephone company and they confirm they already removed my subscription?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In that case, it's best to reach out to them again about this. They're the only ones who can manage your subscription, so they should be able to take another look into this 🙂
