I’m being charged for a premium account I don’t have.

I don’t have a premium account but I’m b info charged for it. How do I cancel something I don’t have?

Hi there. 

Have a check of your Subsciption Page and your Receipts Page on your account first just to verify this account isn't the one being charged.

Once you've checked that and confirmed you aren't being charged through this account go to This Page and the information on it for tracking down any other accounts.

If there's still no sign of why you're being charged head over to the Contact Form and fill it in.
