I'm getting charged for a mysterious account I haven't used in years...

I should have caught it sooner, but I've apparently had a Spotify subscription for a while but I can't figure out from where I'm getting charged. It was hidden in my apple bill I guess... I use Apple Music and didn't realize Spotify trial continued to a full blown subscription.
I've tried every email I have, even logged in via facebook, all of them are either non-premium or have no account attached. Thus, cannot cancel.
