Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 


Could you let us know what error message are you getting when you're trying to renew your subscription? Sending us a screenshot of it would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.


On another note, you can check all the available payment methods in your market here


Lastly, we suggest that you wait 24 hours before trying again. Also, it's worth trying from a different device and using a different internet connection to check if that makes the difference.
