I'm not a student anymore and I need to update my debit card info, but it's making me choose a school. I just want normal premium.

Hey @mbalow2,

 

This can be fixed by following these steps to refresh your account:

 

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
  3. Click cancel your subscription and continue through the steps. 
  4. Enter your password and click CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION to complete.

 

Once that’s complete, simply resubscribe here with your new payment details.

 

That's it! You should now be able to continue your subscription without a problem 🙂
