I'm not eligible to renew my Premium account despite having it for years.

I'm not eligible to renew my Premium account despite having it for years.

My payment information for my 9.99$ premium account lapsed a few days ago, and I just got around to renewing it. When I go to do so on through the SPotify website, I'm being told that I'm not eligible for Premium and have to sign up for a Family account. No one else uses this account though, so I don't know why it's forcing me to do that.

 

Any ideas? I don't want to pay 15$ a month for something I don't need.

Hello @gregregore!

 

Can you try purchasing your Premium subscription here? If you still get that message, can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.
