My Question or Issue

Unable to cancel my Premium subscription

Since several months my Spotify account claims to be Free (it used to be Premium), though I'm still being charged every month. I need the reciepts for my book keeping but my account says there are no reciepts. When I listen to Spotify there is no ads so I guess somehow I'm still in Premium, though I often have trouble playing music because Spotify says it's unavaliable at the moment. If this goes on and I can't print my reciepts and put them in my book keeping I'd like to end my subscription, but I can't since Spotify says my  plan is Free. How do I either 1) end my subscription or 2) get access to my reciepts?
