Hey there!

You can change your account settings by logging into your Account Settings. Follow the link below: 

https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/

Login in with the email address that you no longer want premium on.

Go to the box to the right that shows what type of account you have. Click on "View Details". From there you will be able to cancel your premium subscription.
