I'm trying to cancel my Spotify plan today but I noticed I was also charged today. Help?

Will i be able to get a refund for 11/9/17? I'm switching to a different service with my family plan. How do i go about this?

Refunds are given out strictly on a case-by-case basis, and there is never any guarantee of receiving one.

With this in mind, if you would like to pursue a refund for your case you can reach out to Spotify Support so that they can look into your situation.
