I'm unable to change country on Spotify account

Hi,

I'm trying to change country setting on my father's Spotify account. However I'm not able to do this. Whenever I select the country I just get thrown back to the subscription settings screen, and the country stays the same. I'm trying to do this while physically in Israel (the country I'm trying to change to).

I tried different browsers, clearing cache, nothing helped. Email support just gave me the default answer, ignoring what I wrote.

Would appreciate your help.

Unfortunately, the Premium for Family plan isn't available in Israel, which should explain why you're unable to update your country.

If you'd like to update your payment details to an Israeli one, you have to downgrade to regular Premium. There's already an idea about Premium for Family in Israel here, feel free to add your support to it 🙂
