My Question or Issue

I made the payment through PayPal and received the notification from my bank but there was no record in PayPal and it did not activate my account for premium. If necessary, I have the transaction code and other details.

Sorry to see you've been having issues with your subscription!
Can you locate any new entries on your receipts page? It's a good idea to go through your email inbox for a receipt as well 🙂 
If there's nothing there then it's worth checking with PayPal if the payment has gone through on their end. It feels like something may have gone wrong with the transaction, taking into account that there's no record on their side, so this is the first place I'd check.

If, however, PayPal confirms that all is well, it's possible that you may have started the subscription on a different account, in which case it's also a good idea to go through the steps from this FAQ article to see how you can find one. This article could be of use as well!

P.S. In case you end up re-trying your payment, make sure there are no VPN services active on your device as they can interfere with the process. Cheers!
