I need help

So I upgraded my Spotify and I wasn’t getting the premium at first but then I logged off and logged back on and it deleted all my music or music is gone how can I get it back?

It looks like you might have a second account. We'd recommend checking this page https://support.spotify.com/article/do-i-have-an-additional-account/ and verify you're logging into the correct one. 

If you're not able to find second accounts, you can recover your playlists here.
