I was on the student plan and i am just realizing that you all statrted charging me 9.99 back in january when i was only supposed to be paying $5.00 per month. Where is a contact number or email to reach someone? I need my money back!

This happened to me as well. 
Apparently they are supposed to warn you, but they never did, so I would also like my money back, at least the difference between the student price and the regular price. 
Only reason I subscribed was because of the discount
