I need to cancel an account not in my name but using my credit card.

If you have the loging and pass for the acount you should be able to go to settings-subscription page-cancel subscription, then you just have to reenter the login information and you should be all set, if you do not have the information you can call your bank and ask them to cancel the charges from Spotify
