Hey @kuriouskat thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community,

If your son is using a payment method you control like your paypal or debit/credit card, you can reach out to your bank and tell them the transaction is fraud, or you can reach out to Spotify for more help with this. You can find some more info here on how to do this. If he is using his own money and account, there is no real way to cancel it without logging in and doing it through the web site.
