My Question or Issue

So I was subscribed to premium then one day I checked and I was in basic again. When I tried resubsribing..this was my error message... You've reached the limit on active subscriptions per mobile number for Spotify.

 

Can't do anything now to get Premium. How do I cancel my premium so I can resubsribe?

Hey @Friedbeef,


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
