I wanted to take advantage of the Spotify student discount. I approved the payment process. I paid 2 times and my account is still not primed.

Hey @erhanersoz

 

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later. 🙂

He confirmed that I was a student. The fee was received 12 days ago.

If that's the case, fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
