I paid 99 euros for a 1-year subscription. Does not work?

I paid 99 euros for a one year special offer.

In Spotify admin there is proof, that I have made the payment.

Still Spotify keeps saying me my subscription is cancelled. And says I have to upgrade my subscription. Why?
