I paid and still have a spotify free

I paid and still have a spotify free

Spotify took money from my acconut twice, and I still have to use a free spotify. I checked if it changed my second account to vip but it dosen't. So i logged out and in many times on my pc, on my iphone and via internet page, and it still doesn't work.

Hey, I did everything they recommend there and it still dosen't work on any of my accounts. There is even no payment waiting to accept, on any of my accounts. But money was taken from my account.
