Hey @5w1_3nkzy-23q,


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

I was paid my premium subscription, and i was auto payments from my go bank debit card. And also i was checked my bank statement online and showing the 'the spotify deduct of amount of $9.99 on june 22, 2018 and i have proof here with me. im not happy about this issue.. i am long enough subscriber of yours and i dont deserve all this matter,. pls get back to me asap thanks
