I paid for 3 months spotify premium but only got one?

 

 Hello there,
so here's my problem: 
On june 30th, 2018, I paid 9.99€ for the spotify premium special offer (3 months premium for 9.99€) using paysafecard as my paymethod. It was working fine until now. Just a few minutes ago I had to realise that my premium subscription expired, even tho when I paid for the subscription it said that I will get 3 months of premium. I would like to ask why my premium subscription expired.

Hey @Whydoesnotwork - welcome to the community. 

 

In this case, I would contact Spotify support directly, as they can get better look at your account and help further. You can learn more about the methods to contact Spotify here.
