I paid for individual premium plan the money was deducted but it not workin

I paid for individual premium plan the money was deducted but it not workin

I paid for individual premium plan and the money was deducted from my bank account but it still hasn’t worked, I didn’t get an email about the payment either

Hi,

 

We would recommend checking your bank account once in case it was only temporary deduction if the same has confirmed in the receipt section 

 

In case this doesn't help, you can connect here with team for your Spotify account details for the same
