My Question or Issue

 I already paid for my globe prepaid bill, but my spotify account said that I haven't paid for premium even if my spotify is paid through my globe account. I got downgraded to a free account, and I'm trying to resubscribe, but it won't let me. I keep getting the message 

  • Oops, seems your carrier or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Please try again or use another payment method.

I would either contact your payment provider or try using an other way of paying.

Is this the first time it happens? Did you use pay this way before?

 

I suggest that you check your account here and see your receipts.

 

You can also try again using different browsers in your computer. Sometimes it works better than doing it from a mobile phone.
