I paid for premium and it's not working

I paid for premium and it's not working

I logged out of my account, changed my password and logged back in and now it's not showing that I have premium even though I do and pay for it monthly. What do I do?

Hey @halperta23, welcome to the community!

If you’ve run through the subscriptions process but are finding that you don’t have access to premium, don’t worry! Please take a few seconds to look over this thread, and if necessary, follow through the attached survey.
