I paid for premium but doesn't work

I paid for premium but doesn't work

I paid for premium and doesn't work in my account beacause i've alredy tried the trial version of premium and didn't paid 2 months ago... But they took the money of my creditcard and i don't know how to change my account to premium or atención least Get my money back

If you're having problems when you try to subscribe, we'd like you to contact your bank first and verify with them if your card meets these requirements before you try again.

 

If your bank says your card meets the requirements, try to subscribe one more time here. We suggest that you try it from a Google Chrome incognito window if possible.
