I paid for premium but it hasnt showed up.

I paid for premium but it hasnt showed up.

When I went to use my credit card to pay for Spotify premium, it didn't accept the payment originally. A few days later, the charge was cleared on the credit card, but I still haven't recieved premium.

If the payment didn't go through the first time you tried, the Premium service won't be activated in your account, unless you had tried to subscribe again after that.


If you received notification of the payment, it's possible that the status of the payment on your bank statement is still pending. If that's the case, the money should go back to your bank account on the next few days. You can find more info here
