I paid for premium on the wrong account.

I originally signed up with Facebook but wanted to have a shared account with my sister so I went to cancel my subscription but the payment had already gone through. Is it possible to transfer my subscription to another account? Or do I just have to wait another month.

Hey @user-removed, welcome to the community!

 

Right now, the Spotify Premium subscription is paid for in advance, it means that you pay for a full month before you use it.

 

In this case, you can cancel the subscription and wait until the month is over to join the plan. However, you can also join the Family plan right away, and the month you paid for is paused. If the plan is cancelled, your account will automatically continue with the remaining Premium time you paid for.
