I am using a Samsung A50 to sign up for Spotify Premium. My Spotify account (m7kvu8u935clzzc8zg5biyrpa) had already complete the payment, but I didn't get my Spotify Premium. It sends me a message that stated: "MYR4.00 AT Spotify P0C8B2500A SE".

From what you describe it seems like you might have a second account.
