Please, go to your account page and check your Receipt page. Check if you can see the lastest receipt for the latest payment. If you see the receipt and if the Premium features are working well on your account, maybe you should disregard these payment warnings for your account. On the other hand, you should double-check if there is any other account with a Premium subscription that is billing your credit card, in other to avoid double-charges.
