I paid twice for spotify but didnt get student premium

There is a error in confirmation page :

• "Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."

But it seems my money has been charged twice from my card. Also i didn't get my

premium membership.Please help me! Thank you 🙂

In this case, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status. Actually spotify verificated my student status.I got an verification email from them.You can see it in attachments.And money has been charged twice from bank card. 😞
