Hello !

 

I am a new member of spotify premium. I paid first time at 11.5.18 and second time 12.5.18 by mistake. How can we solve my problem ? Could you send an e-mail to me ?(*snip*)

Hey @ufak,

 

If you’re seeing multiple charges from Spotify on different days, then you maybe have a more than one Spotify account. Don't worry, this happens more often than you might think, and we’ve even got a great flow-chart to help you solve this problem.
