I paid with GiftCard but still getting no Premium

Hi Community,

I have problem with my PayPal account, so I can't pay with PayPal my Premium Account. I decidet to buy a GitfCard for 1 Month till i resolved the Problem with PayPal. But I go to my Subscription Page and it tells me I have no Premium and in Receipts it tells that I paid for 1 Month. Can someone help?

Hey @deuschland1999,

you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

Your Spotify Premium subscription will commence once your payment has been successfully processed and will end at the end of the period you paid.

And there is no Username. Im login with Facebook. And sill getting E-mail says I'm running out of Premium.

Hey @deuschland1999,

it seems like the subscription with the PayPal account could still be active and you got a second account.

Please try to cancel the subscription with these steps. No worries, that won't affect the Premium time activated with the card 🙂
