I pay 4.99€ but I don't have/want spotify premium

If your brother misclicked and subscribed to Spotify Premium without submitting any payment details, there's a chance that it was done using an iTunes subscription.

If so, you should check Apple refund policy over here.

If not, maybe try to contact Spotify but I highly doubt that you'll get anything if you provided your payment details.
