I pay but I could not get the premium

hi , I am from turkey ,  I pay for student premium but while i am paying that , I  disconnected therefore I can not get the premium but in the other hand the system take my money . can someone help me  ?  merhabalar ,  öğrenci premium için ödeme yaparken öğrenci belgesini istediğini bilmiyordum ve o sayfadayken çıktım fakat paranın çekildiğini sonradan fark ettim kredi kartından üyelik ücretini çekmiş fakat bana premium vermedi . birisi yardımcı olabilir mi  ?

If the payments didn't go through, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.
