I'm paying 0.99₺ and it always throws me back to paying screen. After a little time it gives my money back. My account is new and it's my first time buying premium.

If you're having trouble subscribing for Spotify Premium, the first thing to do is try this troubleshooting.

Once you check your payment method meets the requirements, and you're still having the same trouble, make sure you haven't used the same payment to get a Spotify promotion before. Right now, you can only purchase one promotion per payment method.
