I pay for Premium but I get ads when I play a podcast.

I am a premium customer.
I get get ads sometimes when I listen to podcasts.
I am using Chrome on Windows.
I should not get ads since I pay $13.99 per month for an ad-free service.
Spotify should pay podcasters some of my fee, so I don't get ads, shouldn't they?

These are not host-read ads, they are in my local accent.

I recently rejoined premium and I was shocked to get ads on a podcast as well. 
this is just how they conduct business. 
I might cancel again.
