I payed but still said spotify free

I payed but still said spotify free

I already payed and  the electronic bill was send to my email but in spotify still said Spotify free, why???

That's not good! Have you tried logging out and back in the app to shake things up?

i have this problem too please help me.

The support told me that is because they  have to confirm that I am university student and it take like 5 laboral days to confirm if they confirm that you are student you will have spotify premium but If they can not confirm your money will be refunded.

Indeed 🙂 Sorry, didn't understand that you were referring to a Student Discount charge but glad to hear Support already helped! That's a pending charge which means no money has been taken and gets refunded once your bank receives the confirmation that your student I.D. failed to verify.
