I was looking into the student discount and $4.99 was taken out of my account but that didn't work and then I just had to pay another $9.99 to get my premium back.... is there anyway I can get my $4.99 back?

The payment on your statement should show as pending/pre-auth, meaning no money's been taken. The funds should reappear on your statement soon.
