I payed for a premium account but it is not showing in the app

I payed for a premium account but it is not showing in the app

I wanted a premium account so i choose the 3 month for free. I payed the one cent which i got refunded. I got an email that stated that from now on i have a premium account but in the app and online it says that i have a free account. The 3 month free option is not showing anymore. I don't know if i am going to be charged 10 euros after 3 months even tho i don't have a premium account.

Thanks for the post.

 

If you have had Spotify Premium in any form before (Student/ Family etc.) you won't be able to benefit from the 3-months trial offer, as that's intended for new users.  

 

Since the 0.01 EUR was refunded to you, this means that the purchase has not gone through, and if your account is still on free you won't be charged after three months, because the subscription was not finalized.
