My Question or Issue

payed on this account *snip* and with verification it verified my Facebook. Spotify accepted my payment but on none of the 2 accounts is premium activated. Now I have trouble contacting Spotify for help or refund and the troubleshooting or help centre doesn't help. What can i do?

I'd recommend checking out Spotify's refund policy. You'll find more assistance from there, and will be able to get in touch with the right teams.

Really thanks for message back. I tried all the steps but it says on both accounts : "gratis account 

Stap nu over op premium"

 

Thats: free account switch now to premium.

 

The only evidence of my premium is the payment that is accepted in mail and on my bank. For the rest it keeps saying I'm a free user on both accounts and keeps redirecting me to the troubleshooter.

Hey Billy, I never verified as a student. Also, this is a brand new account so the only thing I did was verifying my email and I bought 3 months premium for €0,99.
