I pop aged the £13.99 for premium & on the app it’s still saying I haven’t?

I pop aged the £13.99 for premium & on the app it’s still saying I haven’t?

I payed the £14 for my premium duos and on the app i’m still getting the popup saying that I haven’t payed it. What do I do?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

In this case, we'd suggest starting off by checking the receipts of your account. There, you can have a look at all your charges and make sure everything is in order.  You can look there to see when the last payment on your account went through. 

 

Sometimes the payment is made successfully, but the app doesn't update and remove the red banner that notifies you that a payment is pending. So, if you can see on your receipts that the payment was charged, we recommend that you log out and log back in to your Spotify account twice in a row. This could sound a little bit odd, but this way the system will force a resync of your account in general and the red banner will be removed.

 

Lastly, you can also check the status of the payment on your bank statement. That'll also help you see if the payment went through correctly. If the payment is pending, that could be a reason why you see the red banner. If a regular payment fails, we try to take it again later.
