Hi @Naina,

 

Have you checked your spam folder for any receipts ?

 

You can also make sure your checking the correct email address in case your have more than one.

 

In addition, you can see all of your receipts visiting your account overview page here.

Yes ,,I checked!! but it's not there and then I reapplied for trial premium again and now it's showing that I hav already used my premium trial 😟

I received it on my message box ..but now that receipt link is not opening
