I purchased premium mini, money got deducted but premium not working

I purchased premium mini, money got deducted but premium not working

I purchased premium mini, money got deducted from my account but premium not working and while transaction it said payment failed on Spotify screen

If you got a message that the payment failed and you're no longer seeing your Premium features, then you shouldn't have been charged. You can double-check your order history here

 

You can re-subscribe to Premium Mini again here or directly from your account page by clicking on Join Premium and then Get Premium Mini. To avoid this from happening again, you can check out this article about failed payments for more info.
